The HT446E is the non-display PMR446 handset in Entel’s HT Series 2.0. Compared with the compact HX446E, it uses the larger HT enclosure and a separate HT battery and charging system.
Choose the exact version
HT446L is the LCD variant; HT952/HT953 are separate ATEX models. HT446E must not be offered as ATEX approved. The manufacturer’s IP68 rating describes the original model design; it is not a water-resistance guarantee for a used unit.
Fleet compatibility
This is analogue PMR446. Match the RF frequency and signalling to an existing analogue fleet. Compliant UK PMR446 operation needs no individual Ofcom licence.
Battery, charging and accessories
Entel’s HT brochure names CNB750E and CSAHT as original HT charging references. HX-series CNB450E/CSAHX parts must not be treated as interchangeable; the written quote will name the actual battery and charger.
Licence and setup
Compliant PMR446 use in the UK does not need an individual Ofcom licence. Tell us your existing radio models and intended countries of use so the quotation can cover appropriate setup and any destination-specific constraints. Any agreed programming, setup or destination-specific assessment will be itemised in the written quotation.
Condition and quotation
Condition: Used. The written quotation will identify the exact version, cosmetic condition, battery and accessories, price, delivery and any agreed setup work. Warranty terms will be confirmed in your written quotation. Payment is by bank transfer/BACS after the quotation is agreed.
