Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All orders are dispatched by I Enterprise Ltd (Company No: 13225768, VAT No: GB372459574) trading as SyncComms, from our trading address at The Deep Business Centre, Tower St, Hull, HU1 4BG. We ship via DPD and DHL with full tracking on every order.

All delivery charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Free standard delivery applies automatically at checkout on qualifying orders.

Order Cut-off and Processing

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) with payment confirmed are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.

As all orders are paid by bank transfer, dispatch is subject to cleared payment being received. We recommend arranging payment promptly to avoid delays to your delivery timescale.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a DPD or DHL tracking link. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

DPD and DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a notification card and provide options to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot or DPD Pickup / DHL ServicePoint. Please use the tracking link in your dispatch email to manage this directly with the carrier.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your expected delivery date, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@synccomms.co.uk with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with DPD or DHL on your behalf.

Delivery Area

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to remote areas (Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland) may require additional transit time.
