2. Your Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been received. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, including where we are unable to verify payment or a product is out of stock.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept payment by bank transfer only. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Our bank details will be provided on your proforma invoice.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom via DPD and DHL. Delivery timescales are estimates only. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at sales@synccomms.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed. We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used to place the order.

This right does not apply to custom or personalised items, perishable goods, or items that have been unsealed where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons.

6. Returns and Faulty Goods

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the goods you purchased. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

As a UK consumer you have the right to refer disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
