- Ethical Recruitment and Right to Work Policy
Due Diligence
We conduct due diligence on new suppliers before entering into relationships and periodically review existing supplier arrangements. We do not knowingly engage with any organisation involved in modern slavery, human trafficking, or forced labour.
Risk Assessment
We consider the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain to be low, as our principal suppliers are established UK and EU manufacturers, logistics providers, and technology vendors operating under recognised regulatory and labour-standards frameworks. We review this assessment annually.
Training
Relevant members of our team receive guidance on identifying indicators of modern slavery and the steps to take if concerns are identified.
Further Steps for Improvement
In the next year, we intend to formalise our Supplier Code of Conduct, extend due-diligence checks across a wider range of suppliers, and provide refreshed guidance to relevant team members on identifying and reporting indicators of modern slavery.
