Our Commitments
- Packaging: We are actively working to reduce unnecessary packaging and increase the use of recycled and recyclable materials in our dispatch process.
- Carriers: We work with DPD and DHL, both of whom operate carbon-reduction and electric vehicle programmes as part of their delivery networks.
- Energy: We seek to reduce energy consumption across our operations and source energy from renewable providers wherever practicable.
- Waste: We are committed to minimising waste generated by our business and ensuring responsible disposal and recycling of any unavoidable waste.
- Supply Chain: We endeavour to partner with suppliers who share our environmental values and operate responsibly.
- Carbon: We monitor the carbon impact of our shipping and operations and prioritise carriers and suppliers with active carbon-reduction programmes, with the aim of progressively reducing our overall footprint year on year.
