The GP340 is a straightforward choice for an established analogue UHF fleet. A rotary channel selector and physical volume control keep routine operation simple, without a screen or keypad. This used offer is for the UHF1 hardware version, not a VHF, low-band or GP340 ATEX radio.
Where this model fits
Choose it when you need another handset for compatible analogue channels and want to retain a familiar control layout. It does not provide DMR digital voice. If the fleet has moved to digital, compare the used Hytera PD785 and confirm the system requirements before choosing hardware.
Match the radio to the fleet
The radio’s 403–470 MHz hardware coverage must contain your authorised operating frequencies. Match analogue channel width, transmit/receive frequencies and signalling to the existing system. The same channel number on two radios does not establish a match.
Batteries, charging and accessories
Motorola Professional Series batteries vary in chemistry and depth. The battery, antenna and charging arrangement must be identified together in the quotation. A charger that physically accepts a battery is not sufficient evidence of a supported charging combination.
Licence and programming requirements

No. This GP340 offer is analogue FM. A DMR fleet needs compatible digital hardware and settings; a shared frequency band is not enough.
