Used Hytera PD505 UHF DMR Two-Way Radio
A compact licensed DMR/analogue handset for an existing fleet that does not need a screen or keypad. Request an itemised quotation for the exact used equipment.
What's in the Box
Your written quotation will identify the exact handset, battery, antenna where separate, compatible charging equipment, mains supply and carry accessories supplied. Only itemised equipment is included.
A compact licensed DMR/analogue handset for an existing fleet that does not need a screen or keypad.
Where this model fits
PD505 keeps operation simple while offering conventional DMR Tier II and analogue channels. It can be considered for a compatible mixed fleet, subject to matching the exact hardware and programming.
Check the exact radio
PD505LF is a different licence-free PMR446 model. PD505 is for licensed radio systems, so identify the exact model when asking us to match your fleet.
Band and fleet matching
A separate VHF 136–174 MHz version exists. Confirm the offered UHF handset against your licensed channels. Match the authorised transmit and receive frequencies, DMR or analogue mode, channel settings and any required system or feature licence. A shared model family or frequency band alone does not make two radios interoperable.
Battery and charging
Request the battery and compatible charging combination in the quotation. Battery runtime on a used unit depends on its measured condition.
Licence and programming
Tell us whether you already hold a UK Ofcom licence, need a new application assessed, or plan to use the radio outside the UK. Existing fleet details can be reviewed privately. Any agreed programming, licence assistance or extra charge will be itemised in the quotation. A UK licence does not authorise operation abroad.
Condition, kit and quotation
Condition: Used. Cosmetic grade, testing, battery condition and supplied equipment will be confirmed for the sourced offer. Warranty terms will be confirmed in your written quotation. Request the quantity and setup you need; the written quotation will itemise the included parts, price, delivery and any agreed services. Payment follows the agreed quotation by bank transfer/BACS.
Compare the alternatives
PD505 is lighter in the manufacturer's reference configuration than PD705; compare required controls and system setup before selecting either.
Plan your used-radio purchase
Compare used Hytera radios, read the fleet compatibility guide and battery and charger guide, then see how buying by written quotation works.
The manufacturer model illustration does not show the individual used unit. The written quotation identifies the actual condition and supplied kit.
